General conditions and mandatory guidelines governing navigation, interactive services, and the digital ecosystem of ErikrafT.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, or interacting with the official website of ErikrafT and any of its subdomains, features, or tools, you declare that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to these Terms of Use without reservation. The official domain of the project is erikraft.com, and all integrated services and applications operate as subdomains under this primary domain.

Because the primary domain is international (.com), the site and services can be accessed globally by users from different jurisdictions. While operated from Brazil and subject primarily to Brazilian law, we adopt internationally recognized best practices regarding privacy, data protection, and information security whenever compatible with applicable laws and the nature of our services.

If you do not agree entirely with these guidelines, provisions, and rules, please discontinue browsing and using our portal immediately.

2. Purpose of the Website and Ecosystem

The ErikrafT portal serves as the official digital hub for the brand of digital influencer, gaming content creator, and developer ErikrafT. The platform serves informational, entertainment, portfolio, social media centralization, interactive gaming utility (such as 3D Minecraft Skin & Cape Viewer), and merchandise e-commerce purposes via our Official Store.

This document formally encompasses all current and future features, including but not limited to:

  • Main homepage and project showcase sections (such as ErikrafT Drop, iSearch);
  • Integration links with third-party social networks (YouTube, Discord, Twitch, WhatsApp, GitHub, etc.);
  • The Official ErikrafT Store, operated in partnership with Wolv Personalizados for official apparel and merchandise sales;
  • The milestone event Timeline system;
  • The interactive 3D Skin Viewer (skin.html), supporting nickname searches, 3D skin and cape previews, local PNG file selection processed 100% locally in-browser without server uploads, default asset restoration, and automated fetching via public APIs such as minotar.net and capes.dev;
  • Dynamic Favicon features that adjust browser tab icons to enhance interactive visual feedback;
  • Donation and support systems via PIX and Ko-fi;
  • The Brand page (brand.html), containing official brand usage guidelines, logos, assets, and an interactive 3D brand model viewer.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use all digital tools provided on our portal in a strictly lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. Users are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and truthfulness of any information voluntarily submitted on the platform;
  • Ensuring their devices (computers, smartphones, tablets) have updated antivirus software, modern web browsers, and adequate security protections;
  • Covering all internet connection and operational costs required to browse the website and utilize integrated applications.

4. Owner Responsibilities

The owner of ErikrafT undertakes best technical efforts to maintain continuous, error-free, and secure operation of the website. However, due to the inherent nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity against external cyberattacks operated by third parties outside our hosting infrastructure, disclaiming civil liability in force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Donations and PIX Payments Clause

Voluntary support systems via PIX and Ko-fi on our portal (donation.html) allow gaming community members to directly support independent content creation and software development by ErikrafT. By choosing freely to send any financial contribution, users explicitly agree that:

  • Voluntary Nature: All financial contributions are strictly spontaneous donations made out of goodwill, without entitlement to material goods, services, or commercial compensation;
  • No Exclusive Benefits: Unless explicitly announced by ErikrafT during specific official campaigns, making a donation does not confer exclusive site perks, Discord moderation status, commercial rewards, or special privileges;
  • Recipient Verification: Users must carefully double-check all bank transaction details displayed in their banking app before confirming a transfer. The destination key must always match the official receiver indicated on the transaction. Never confirm a transfer if receiver details differ;
  • Financial Institution Issues: ErikrafT holds no authority, management, or liability regarding technical glitches, processing delays, or app errors occurring within central banking systems or third-party financial institutions;
  • No Requests for Sensitive Data: Neither ErikrafT, site moderators, nor staff will ever ask donors for card PINs, banking security codes, or temporary SMS/WhatsApp verification tokens. Protect your banking credentials at all times;
  • QR Code Technology: Dynamically generated QR codes serve strictly as payment convenience tools. We are not liable for modifications caused by malware installed on user devices that alters recipient payload details.

6. Official Store & Commercial Partner

The Official ErikrafT Store operates in commercial partnership with Wolv Personalizados (wolvpersonalizados.com.br), a third-party e-commerce vendor responsible for production, order processing, logistics, and fulfillment of official ErikrafT apparel and merchandise.

By clicking store links or making purchases on Wolv Personalizados' platform, users acknowledge that:

  • All commercial transactions are processed on Wolv Personalizados' infrastructure under their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
  • ErikrafT does not store financial data, credit card numbers, or billing details from store transactions;
  • ErikrafT exercises no technical control over order fulfillment, inventory, or return policies managed by Wolv Personalizados;
  • Any inquiries regarding orders, shipping, or returns must be addressed directly to Wolv Personalizados customer support.

7. Third-Party Links & Social Networks

The ErikrafT portal contains direct links and shortcuts to external social platforms (YouTube, Discord, GitHub, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter/𝕏, Bluesky, among others). Please note that:

  • Third-party networks are owned and operated exclusively by their respective technology companies;
  • Each platform is governed by its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
  • ErikrafT bears no liability for temporary outages, policy changes, or disciplinary actions taken by third-party platforms against user accounts.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All intellectual property rights associated with this portal are fully reserved:

  • Trademarks and Brand Assets: The official "ErikrafT" logo, interface designs, earthy color schemes, interactive visual effects, and original artwork are protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and industrial design laws;
  • Content Copyright: Original written content, promotional graphics, source code, and custom software published under this domain belong exclusively to ErikrafT. Unauthorized copying, commercial reproduction, or public redistribution is strictly prohibited;
  • Third-Party Trademarks: Visual elements such as social network logos or registered game trademarks (e.g., Minecraft, owned by Mojang Synergies AB / Microsoft Corporation) are displayed strictly for illustrative reference with full respect to rights holders.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree that the following actions are strictly prohibited and subject to legal remedies under civil and criminal law:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to breach encryption on integrated code or software;
  • Injecting malicious scripts (SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting - XSS) or initiating Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against our hosting infrastructure;
  • Using automated web crawlers, bots, or scrapers to extract data or content without prior written permission;
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities to obtain merchandise or simulate false financial transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The ErikrafT website and all integrated tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The technical hosting infrastructure is powered by Vercel, which operates with high standards of reliability and security. Neither the project owner nor Vercel shall be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, unexpected network downtime, temporary access unavailability, or data loss resulting from causes beyond our reasonable technical control or third-party network instability.

11. Amendments to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated unilaterally at any time to reflect ecosystem additions, new store offerings, or legislative updates. Continued navigation on our portal following published amendments constitutes formal acceptance of updated terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including LGPD and Marco Civil da Internet.

Because the primary domain (erikraft.com) is international, this site voluntarily aligns with global privacy standards (such as GDPR principles and best practice guidance from ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701) without asserting audited third-party compliance certifications.
